Default Hood Stack vs Stacks

So I've been planning on doing dual 7" aussies on my truck for awhile now, and I'm getting really close to doing it (Nov-Dec) but today I was driving home and I got passed by a guy with a hoodstack and it looked good! Needless to say I want one but what would the pros and cons be for a hood stack and for regular stacks?

I love my stacks but I want a hood stack in the worst way. To bad they arent legal here in Pa. The only cons I can think of is that it probably gives a blind spot on the front right of the truck and the roof will probably get black.

Thats what I was thinking...Cant imagine too many place where its legal on the street. even if its legal, it would attract a lot of attention from the boys in blue.

i dont want to cut a hole in my bed let alone one in my hood but when we were raising hell with the old school and propane the hood stack was pretty cool. just dont let your drunken buddies cut the hole out with a sawzall

If I go with the hoodstack its going to a shop for... I'm not f-ing up my hood... As for legal, at diesel on the mountain, their was quite a few guys coming in off the street with hoodstacks so must not be to big of an issue, or at least in colorado...

I've already been reading up on the hoodstack that grandrock is doing... Thats why I'm actually contimplating this now. The guy who passed me was just using a 6" silverline tip for his hood stack.

Honestly I bet it wouldn't be that big of a problem with the law as long as you aren't driving like a jackass and drawing attention to yourself
