No, I never ran fuel into the guage-It was a 0 to 60 psi 2inch Isspro guage That I purchased from Vulcan Performance and I have talked to them and they have been good about wanting to back up the product but now I just have to figure out the problem which you all have been good about helping me with-- So now I wiil talk to them about a isolater and snubber set up and hopefully get back on track again, Thanks

clocker, reread my last post...I dont think a snubber is going to fix your problem. I believe the problem is with the isolator. are you sure you installed it correctly?

Did it work correctly at the start?

What kind of pressures were you seeing? You should have seen around 23psi at idle and around 36 psi at WOT...

Dr. Evil, I am pretty sure I installed the isolater correctly, The highest psi I saw at idel was about 12 to 15psi and at wot around 20psi and like I said now it shows around 10psi all the time.
It seemed to be responsive to the throttle when I first started using it until it started making lots of noise and now I may have to run down the road a couple of miles before it comes off of zero.

This is likely because it is EMPTY or has air inside the line. A 12V truck like yours with no other fueling problems will see 20+ psi at idle and as high as 40 or so at WOT. If it sits at 10 all the time it is air locked and the isolator is empty.
