I've got the same problem. So, If anyone figures this out I would appreciate the fix immensely. My '03 has been doing this intermittently for about 80 thousand miles. It seems to happen after I horse on it a bit then go back to casual driving. I was told that my trans doesn't "learn" but it sure seems like it's trying to. :argh:

Mine was doing this too. I adjust the bands and it was good for a couple months... Then it exploded. :argh:
