K. Thanks y'all and one more question I went over and looked at the relay box that the heater grid wires bolt to and I see that 2 positive wires go from the battery an no negative so I'm assuming it doesn't matter which wire gos where and the negative is where the grid is ??? Also how would I no if it's working ? Will I see my voltage on my cluster go down and then when it cuts off ill see it go back to 14 ??

The ground side is on the grid beater block itself thru the manifold.

You should be able to feel the block getting warm as it cycle.

The Volt gauge on the dash is a fake, it is doing what the ECU says not what is actually happening. The ECU says: I activated the grids, reduce voltage. Doesn't matter if the grids draw any power, just the fact the ECU activated them drops the gauge.
