Well guys, the problem isnt really brought on by temperature, it'll happen at any time. The fluid is not gettin frothy from air, like I said, the system is full with no leaks, air or fluid. I think I'll try a system flush and use synthetic fluid, see if that does anything. If that doesnt work, I guess I'll check the pressures from the pump and gear.


JBearSVT: I have about $1600 into the kit with the little extras I had to buy (lost a hub bearing which ruined a rotor...) I honestly dont know about the mileage yet, Im currently deployed and my wife actually installed (she did all the work, I just coached with a couple emails) the kit while ive been gone. I'll see if she's taken any milage numbers yet.

Something else I would check is the filter/screen, I believe it is in the return line fitting on the back of the reservoir.
