Latest Diesel Power has a truck making 75 PSI using three HC1's. "Junkyard Cummins", all have different exhaust housing sizes, plumbing looks good though. Claims the turbo system cost $400. Not too bad for 75 PSI.

If you look close at that "junkyard cummins," it doesn't have head studs :humm:

Drive is probably unreal. Head studs are hard to come by in a junk yard! :D

Ive been pondering this and researching this idea very heavily since i have 2 hx35 in my shop just to try the spool would be awsome compaired to the super 64

Well it makes me wonder how they figure that it makes 75psi. Unless they like replacing head gaskets? :humm:

here is the link to the build on compd where a guy done triple hx35s he ended up selling them and going another route

5x14s and he still hit 1500 on the pyro with that setup.....not enough air imo
