Got my airdog installed. It just connects up to the existing fuel pump connection so it was really simple. It could be a problem with your injector tubes as you would have no leaks but fuel would still run out into the return line. I notice on mine that the pump doesn't run long (maybe a second) with the key turned on. You have to crank it for it to work. I don't know what it would tell you, but maybe wire it to an acc fuse like they do in the 03-07s and let it run 30sec before you start the truck. Good luck!

well replaced connector tube o-rings, fuel line.... to the point i think injection but is bad
|
well i tried something when i got to work tonite... i pinch fuel line to the vp after i shut truck off to see if it would lose prime. and went out after work removed vise grips and it fired up fine could the airdog be losing prime????

That is what I was talking about by running the airdog to an accessory fuse instead of the stock fuel pump connection. My 99 only runs for a second before the truck starts and the pressure on my gage does not move. Try hooking it up to an accessory fuse. My pressure gage always says 0 when i go to start the truck so it must depressurize.
