Really? I guess its been the opposite for me. I will be the cheap guy and buy that gauge and be like theres no way thats right. End up getting an autometer setup and bamb and just like a rough night of drinkin "I wont do that again". I guess its like the Ford,Dodge, GM debate they all break and they all have downfalls. Sorry bout your luck with the Autometer gauges Bandit. They treated me right. As far as the post. If your running that hot jsdidrick you might want to think about an aftermarket turbo better suited for towing. Sounds like your squeezing that turbo. Might want to look at one with a housing that flows some air if your towing.

I am fairly new to this site but already enjoy it very much, thanks for the comments. It may be wishful thinking but I hope to get another 10 years out of this truck. I may have to replace everything around the engine but at least I will know what I have.

a good super B turbo while towing would lower egts 200-300 degrees and spool faster. it would be well worth the money. ya autometer made right all the gauges but it was the fact of put em in pull em out constantly. it just got really old so i thought i would try something new. if these dont work out im gonna buy isspro or defi gauges. just gonna cost around a grand for them or more.

I hear ya. I guess you get what you pay for.
