fuel leak
 
Ive got a 99 24v. Noticed a fuel leak coming from the top of the canister. It seems to be coming from around the rubber seal for the fuel heater wires to go into the filter housing. Is there a way to fix this quickly and easily? ?

Sorry - I confused this with a 12V.

You could go with an aftermarket fuel filter moved to the frame rail and bypass the OEM filter housing. Does your FASS pump not have filters?

you can buy the repair kit from cummins it is a fleet gard filter housing do not buy at dodge best if you have a peterbilt/kenworth dealer around give them your eng s/n# on data plate l/front of engine and they can order the oem part.hope this helps 72fj.
