Is this a recent thing, or has it done it for a while? Were there any events leading to this symptom? It's more than likely unburnt fuel because the engine is cold.

it started recently cause it did not do this during the winter months :humm:

i can't say anything bad about it , just the white smoke , i only
give $4k for it and it don't need anything at this time .
:yeah:

well if your gettin heavy white smoke it needs somethin...heavy white smoke means your not gettin enough fuel...black smoke is too unburnt fuel...but i do agree with rawilliams...it will happen more in the cold.

Keep an eye on your coolant level.
When it starts, does it run rough for the first bit? I am asking to try and tell if the intake grid heater is working. Can you tell if your voltage drops as the heater cycles? Dimmed lights, load on engine, both good ways to tell if you don't have a voltage gauge or multimeter.
If everything is working there, It's not a huge job or a big cost to get your injectors pop tested. I was charged $22 for nozzle swaps and pop testing when I changed mine.

i'll check all of that, thanks. i do know that
my (wait to start) light comes on then goes
out as fast as you can blink an eye. :c:

Maybe check this out:
Ram Diesel Manifold Heater Problems
Almost sounds like your AIT (Air Intake Temp) sensor may be failed. At temps under 60F the heater grid and wait to start light should come on for 10 seconds. If it is warmer than that in Knoxville, and I see that it is, then the light and grid will not come on.
