Are these power and heated?

They have both versions available. I paid $240 shipped for the pair of power heated ones.

Ok thanks Mish. That's what I'm after.

Not sure I understand the question. Do you want to go back to the regular Power/Heated mirrors, or do you want to upgrade to the Power/Heated towing mirrors? Either way, it's just a matter of removing the interior door panels (about ten christmas tree fasteners or so), unbolting the mirrors and bolting the new ones on. Ten to fifteen minutes tops per side.

You should be able to find one at a Junk yard cheap. I think it's about $30 from Mopar. If your truck had the power/heated option, you can be sure the connector is still there.
