As far as I know KBB and NADA stop giving vehicle values at 129,999 miles....beyond that there is no book value because it's almost impossible to generalise the value of a vehicle that has high miles on it....once you get beyond that point the value can vary such a huge range due to maintenance over those miles, how it was driven, what it was used for. I've never seen KBB go past 130,000miles. You could have two trucks with 150,000 mi, one can be worth $9000, the other can still be worth $14,000.
On average, most pickups I've seen with ~200,000mi sell for $7,000-$10,000 unless by some miracle the truck has been kept in new condition. |
I gave 11000 for mine 6 speed with 177000 everything upgraded :rocking:

i would not worry about the engine it is pobly all high way... my dad had a 99 5.9 with around 700,000 before it was totaled .. all from hualling rv around the U.S. .... the motor would have never let out but the truck on the other hand started to fall apart in 2008 when it had about 550000 miles on it th truck couldnt stay around the engine.... he said he would never buy another dodge again... so he now has a fummins realy look over the body and fram before you buy something like that... although the engin may sillun stronge the truck ma not and it can be hard to pot things like that when you firs look at a truck

Check this truck out.. A good deal and the key word in the add is OBO...
I would give 7-7500 for this one first... 2001 DODGE 3500 DUALLY |
to many miles unless you get it for around 3000 theres a lot of trucks out there got mine with 139k for 7000
