4 inch or 5 inch

You dont really need 5 inch unless your making over 500 hp. A 4 inch is a good upgrade from the 3 inch. Your EGT's will decrease with a 4 inch and you will likely gain a bit of mileage, and quicker spool-up. But it all a matter of choice. Do you need a 5 inch or just want a 5 inch? How thick is your wallet? A 4 inch is more than plenty.
Ive got an Afe 4 inch turbo-back, to an MBRPmuffler. I later found a 5 inch tail-section on ebay for $60 bucks, shipped. I bought it and had it welded to the back of the muffler and replaced the stainless tip with a 7 inch. It looks awsome and looks like a real 5 inch. No-one's the wiser.
