Just throwing stuff at you here, but is it possible that a rock was thrown up at your intercooler and you have a hole in it? Is your line that measures boost ok? No pin holes to leak or? Could be giving you a false reading? I will keep thinking! :humm:

Build a boost leak tester to make sure you don't have any leaks.....Its very simple and very effect!

I alredy tested it, no leaks brand new mr.Bobs boots new clamps idk whats going on im just gonna try a boost fooler, could a bad map sensor do this?

Do you just have the TST pm3 or do you have the one that's Adjustable with Digital Boost and Pryo.
|

you would need a boost fooler if going over 40lbs of boost with a smarty. That's a big turbo man. I think youre gonna need a lot more fuel or you might could try some nitrous to get it spooled. Head work and a cam would be nice too.
@ the OP have you check for codes? On the stock turbo did you have an adjustable boost elbow on it? |
i did have an elbow it was shut right off still wouldnt build over 20lbs im going nuts
|
Have you tried a different boost gauge?

maybe the line to your boost gauge has a hole in it or is leaking at the fitting wheres it tapped into the intake manifold, you shouldn't have a problem spooling your turbo looks like you got enough fuel and you should defiantly be seeing more than 40lbs.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- i can hit 50lbs on my stock turbo beating on it with 100hp injectors |
ill try loloking at the guage see if its kinked or something
