full fuel screw bottomed

hey guys im wondering if any of yall can help me i have the longer fuel screw and i can still bottom it out without a run away. doesnt feel like it gets full fuel caus im only running 27psi with ddp stage 3's and they dont smoke as much as i would expect out of a 150hp injector if anyone has an idea of what could be wrong with it. i also installed the low pressure piston lift pump so it wouldnt run out of fuel but im not sure whats going on:dang:

I'm having similar issue with longer screw but my truck is otherwise. Buti didn't feel any gain bottoming out the longer screw. I haven't cut the collar off the stock screw yet but thinking about trying the stock screw to see if there's something different with he longer screw.

I had to pull out my screw and weld an 1/8th in. tit on the end of it to achieve runaway. and that was after cleaning up the threads. with the pump all the way up and ddp's that lppp wont be enough to hold pressure. mine would drop to ( 0 ) those ddp's 3's should black out the highway :choochoo::choochoo:(( the stock screw wont go in far enough because, the factory crimps the threads so they cant thread in to far.))

Nice to know. Thanks. I will check lift pressures under ull power soon.

I bought the extended screw but it still didn't seem much longer than stock but it definitely doesn't black out a highway so I was thinking it was not enough fuel especially since I'm only seeing 27lbs of boost

The "extended screw" refers to the last half of the screw for "easier" adjustability. From tit to o-ring should be the same length as your original full power screw. I'd compare the two and see if there is a difference or not. Then go from there.

They were the same length I checked when I put it in and was like wtf lol so you think I should do that weld on the tip?
