problems

Hey I just put a 3200 spring in my pump. When I started it, it was idleing a little higher than usual.

I tried giving it some throttle and it sounded like it was reving lower the more throtle I gave. If I even tap the throttle it revs really low and sounds like it's going to stall.

Before this I had the pump top off all week waiting for a part. So some of the fuel in the pump evaporated. Just figured that could have something to do with it but I wouldn't know.

As of yesterday it's now idleing rougher and lower than usual and it's making white smoke now.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Could be two things. The throttle may not be indexed right or you are sucking in air someplace.

I was pretty careful about indexing the throttle but there's a chance I messed up. It just seems like the rpm's shouldn't drop when i accelerate because of that. I'm going to try getting rid of any air in the pump or injectors. You just loosen the fuel lines until some fuel comes out to do that right?
