Now, Superchargers take a lot more hp to make more boost, so My goal is to run a fairly low boost level (say 15psi) into the turbo as to not draw too much HP loss from the crank, and then use the turbo to compound it up to 80-100psi. Since the 62mm turbo I am using flows about 900cfm, as far as the blower is concerned, it will just be blowing into a big block Chevy-sized engine.

Jason, if I were you and you run the Procharger, I would run it a lil harder than that. Maybe up to 20psi so that you have a lil more boost off idle. That supercharger can definitely make that much boost and it will allow your turbo to not have to work as hard to make 80-100psi. If you run the supercharger at 20psi through the turbo at a pressure ratio of 3.04 that will get you 90.8psi. Right about where you want psi at and not much stress on either unit. And 5psi more from the supercharger isn't that much more parasitic loss and also gives you more boost down low. A win-win if you ask me. That will really clear up all that smoke and plus you can have the nitrous for even more power. Another thing you could also do for more top end is maybe even upgrade to a bigger turbo but that is not necessarily needed IMO. I really hope to see the whole supercharger install in Diesel Power and all the dyno numbers and driving numbers too man. :c:
