does anybody know where to get the trim that runs sown the side of the truck? i need it for the front passenger fender

I can't seem to find patch panels for me 93 w250 for the rear wheel arch l. It is a small spot on both sides that stays hidden under the trim. It is about 2 inches tall and about 6 long rotted all the way through:dang:
