need a turbo

i really want to put a hx40 or 45 on my 92. i was gonna put 100 horse injectors and a denny t fuel pin. can anyone help me out. would that even be a good set up. and what will i have to do with my down pipe

anything bigger than the hx40 would have alot of lag and probably lose power but that would be a good setup you can buy downpipes with the hx40 end on ebay for pritty cheap but make shure when you buy the turbo that it has the t3 flange not the t4 otherwise it won't bolt up

HX40

The HX40 is cheap for a reason, if you bark it it will break, not a high performance turbo, consider a s300 62/70/13 or 14 combo:humm:

i'm leaning torwards a 14cm... the 62/70 will give you plenty of air and drive power. i feel the 14 is a balanced housing. diminishes lag substantially but still flows enough it isn't going to choke the engine up and cause EGT's to be high. 13 would be great for spool but 100 horse sticks with the denney T... EGT's might be a problem

What do you mean by barking the turbo? In my truck when i shift it will go whooooooooooooooooooo! Is that what yout talkin about?? Also what do you guys think about the ebay hx40's? Good or bad?

When you lift real quick from full boost teh back pressure surges teh turbo. Its trying to stop the wheel to quick.

Here listen right when I lift off teh throttle here and you can here my turbo bark pretty good.
