The only thing ive found is a part on my wheel and connects it to the upper a-arm is worn pretty bad you can tell when you jack the truck up idk if its the same part logan is talking about

BALL JOINT???

sounds like an upper ball joint to me... may be the culprit too. it takes alot of weight and all of the force from the suspension either way... you've already replaced both tie rods get the new upper ball joint, sounds like it may do the trick. and then get an alignment.

i have a 93 w250 when the tires are down to about 2/32 it happens. put new tires all way around does not do it any more until new tires are needed. truck has almost 4k on it.

4K? of 400K? if your goin thru a set of tires every 4,000 miles then you need every new part involved in the steering system and a alignment bad... as others have said previously; look for worn parts, replace what is bad and get an alignment
