your better off with the Stock injectors they're bigger than the ones in intercooled trucks almost the same as a 5X12 size injector you could get round 350 HP with the stock ones upgrading the turbo and some pump mods of course unless your injectors are going out than go to this site Diesel Auto Power Performance 1st gen injectors 1989-1993 they have great prices and feel free to email them with questions they're more than happy to answer them

You can over fuel the stock turbo with the stock non i/c injectors, work on supporting mods first rather than large injectors and you will see much greater gains.

Non injtercooled injectors flow approx = to 5x.0115 5x.012 is just a hair more power.
Consider pump tuning, 3200 rpm spring, Denny T fuel pin stage 1 If you want more get some water meth and a 63mm turbo with 5x.014 We have combos for 63mm turbo and 5x.014 for about $1500 |
i have a straight pipe with stock exhaust, 6in k&n aircleaner, denny stage 2 fuel pin,3200 gov springs, star screw bottomed out with 1/8in of advanced timing and are looking for bigger injectors but the truck hass good power sinced i just smoke a 95 powerstroke walking away

If its n/c or i/c will be the determining factor on your gains if its bone stock the n/c have pretty large injectors close to the 5x12 so you'll get very little gain maybe 20hp the i/c's are smaller your looking at bout 50 hp gain

We now have 155* 5x.012,13,14,16 injectors for early 1989-1991. POD are dinosaurs and should be extinct. They do flow a little more than 5*.012, but there are way better options.
