How much power are you looking for and how much do you want to spend? You did mention its a work horse, does that mean you tow with it? The more info we can get the better we can help.:tu:
As far as the fuel plate goes, I wouldnt ditch it unless you plan on a clutch. |
custom cut fuel plate, exhaust, bhaf, gsk and timing. you will be happy

try reading the other thousand of threads on here. . . about the same thing. each time its going to be the same modifications

I'm really happy with the mods I have and they are all pretty cheap and simple. I would for sure get the gauges first and go from there. I would do a BHAF, plate, boost elbow, 4" turbo back exhaust, 3k gsk, timing, and then start looking for a clutch Lol. If you keep your boost in check you don't have to have studs right now. If your like me you have to pick your battles or risk an empty bank account Lol.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Almost forgot, #1 should be to kill the kdp. I need to get off my lazy a$$ and do that myself Lol. |
The search function is your friend. This has been asked a million and a half times.

I don't know what kind of towing your planing on doing but with no plate mine seemed to fuel a little hard on takeoff i tow with mine almost daily I cut my stock plate to match a 100 im happy with it also recommend a dd clutch not as grabby as a singledisk JMO:tu:
