Valve Springs ???

I'm looking at a 4k gsk, a hamilton cam and an exhaust brake. Each one of these mods recommends or requires valve springs to be replaced. the exhaust brake and 4k gsk needs 60lb springs, the cam recommends 165lb valve springs for over 50psi boost or 500hp. So what am I supposed to do here??? should I go with 60lb springs cause i'll be using the brake and keep it under 500hp? :td: Any input would be great

If your confused about my sig - I'm doing a p pump swap

Well honestly my opinion is put Hamiltons springs, locks and retainers in with the Hamilton cam. Zach has put lots of time and research into his products and what he recommends is best.

I agree.

I also believe that the 60# springs for the exhaust brake are a "minimum" recommendation.

Thanks guys for your input. I agree it would be safer to follow the cams requirements. I was concerned about the performance of the exhaust brake. No point in spending all the money to buy one and put it on if it wont work right. Thanks again guys
