Mine did that, try draining the filter bowl, there could be water sitting in it.

Yet another p pump not needing to be monkeyed with. It's AMAZING how often it turns out to not be the problem, when at first someone thinks it might be.

REASON I WAS CONSIDERING THE P PUMP IS SIMPLY THE TRUCK DID NOT PERFORM THIS WAY BEFORE REBUILD WITH DIFFERENT COMPONENTS. JUST TIRED OF STINKING UP THE NEIGHBORHOOD EVERY MORNING.

Oh, I wasn't busting your balls about thinking it might be the pump. I was just making the point that it's incredibly rare that the pump actually turns out to be the problem.
