Just get yourself a hand throttle cable like you would use on a carbureted engine. Attach it to the fuel cut off solenoid and run it into the cab and attach it somewhere on the dash. Thats what we did on my buddy John's truck after his second one went out. Now he just pulls it up manually from inside the cab and works like a charm.
