I found a problem with the gov spring in the 97. It seemed to have worked loose. Has anybody experienced this with theirs? Counld it have been the milage thats on it?:argh:

So one side of more loose than the other and you found this out how?

Happened on mine one side was out one click and it reved to the moon until I shut it off.

Unless someone was monkeying around with the springs, it is virtually impossible for the factory setting to either back off or increase.

Just sayin'
