You'll need a whole new actuator but there's a cable orpeated one that's supposed to be the best replacment for it and its not that expensive if I remember right get ahold of dr evil he knows where to get it from. I think genos has it but I could be wrong

http://www.genosgarage.com/prodinfo....ber=BD-1030703 Thats what you need well worth the money. Iam fixing to order me one.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- You can also you an actuator off of the newer dodges to up to 02, But you will have to change the arm inside that actives the four wheel drive. |
install a posiloc system ,put mine on after the third time I got stuck and the vacum junk would not work:booo:the cable is a sure thing :U: took about an hour to install on the hoist would take a little longer on your back:5:
here is a link to there site and you get 2 low with this system also 4x4 Posi-Lok - 4WD Engagement Systems |
I think I like that one better. About $100.00 higher but dont have to worry about vacuam
|
I found the posi-lok system cheaper on ebay than there own site but the ebay suppliers would not ship to me in Canada, bought mine from a local shop for the same price as on the posi-lok site in can.funds w/no shipping, check your local shops or try a quote thread from one of the db vendors, the bd kit still requires you to replace your vacum pot and needs vacum to operate:booo:
