One question how come you wanna run 37's? thats a pretty big tire for playing on the strip not to mention they are really hard on drivetrain parts all around? specially when you start playing in 1000 ft lbs area. but my advise on a turbo would be to run twins with tires that big, you would be suprised how much a 37" tire will slow down the spool of a big single turbo... unless you use nitrous.

this is gonna be a baja style truck. the 14sec. 1/4 was just a little goal. i plan on regearing and all that; also i dont need it to spool too fast cuz once i get up to speed i'll stay there.
no nitrous, maybe propane.

i still think it should be oringed and balanced for reliablity and really it not that expensive to have your bottom end balanced and a street towing cam will help spool it
