ill probably cut the rear pillers to 6.5s if i have room and put some tweeters in the plastic part a little higher... i dont like 6x9s so ill have to see if i can do something w/ them

um just so you know, you can easily fit a 5 & 3/4 in the back as long as the speaker is set up right. i mean thats what i did. if your gonna spend the money to replace them might as well get 5 and 3/4s:pals:

hoping to fit 6.5's

For reference on the thread, crutchfield has an app for looking up speaker size. Anything is possible and door speakers are not hard to mount at all.

Have you guys heard of a brand called DLS over there?
They beat the hell out of Alpine, but they don't make head units. Subs, Speakers and Amps Theyre a swedish manufacturer and they've been compared with Harman/Kardon. ARGH... just saying that makes me miss my BMW E60 even more... Harman/Kardon Logik7 FTW! |
