Timing slipped?

Friend of mine had his truck die while driving. Now when he tries to start it, he says there is raw fuel coming out of the exhaust. Its a 97, stock as far as I know. No new modifications. Tia

ok, Start at the top here ....

check fuel shut off solenoid
fuel pressure
then timing

in that order..
do keep us posted :tu:

raw fuel out the exhaust,
i'd also have him check his injectors for any damage to the tips or cracked injectors.:humm:
