I think I'd be worried about something punching through it back there. Not sure why.

It gets tucked above the frame .. mine's 2wd .. so I have no need to worry as I obviously don't off road my truck .. LOL

Yeah, in and out of job sites all day I'm off road all the time.

Could also fit one behind the grill .. push fan .. eliminate the trans/coolant exchanger unit ..
more than enough room up front I would think .. I know I have like 5" of space easily :tu:
