the hx40 is the turbo so that has noting to do with fuel use.
i'm wondering if there is a blockage in one of the fuel lines. |
If losing prime in a '96, your fuel lines are probably old, oxidized and cracky. Allows air bubbles

yeah or a cracked Pick up tube in tank .. :humm:

calling off the search I dropped the tank an opened her up an seen that the whole vac.assem. is just in pieces I had to pick al broken parts out of the tank an I ve also shot bout 10 psi into the still fuel lines an all were fine held an sprayed them down all was good to the lift pump so thanks for all help ..off to find this part now :c::tu:

DON NOT USE A SUMP !!!!!!! .... here in Washington if they climb under your truck .. You will be towed .. Its Illegal and not necessarry for street trucks .. they sell products that will flow just fine up to 800 Hp ...
contact Larry B's ... Larryb - Dodge Fuel System parts - Dodge Diesel just for starters .. if you need more parts feel free to call them .. they are Exeptionally helpful .. :tu: |
