ok guys a recent truck i got i was pumping up i took the intercooler line off from the intake horn and radiator and there is oil in the pipe is that ok:w2:

the bushings inside the turbo are probably letting oil by into the intake. i bet that there is oil in the exhaust also. sounds like it's about time for a rebuild or upgrade.

what kind of upgrade just get another stock turbo

There will always be a small amount of oil leaked into the compressor and turbine sides as there is no positive seal. A small amount of oil can accumulate over 20 years of driving. If your oil consumption is normal, don't worry about it. Typically a quart of oil between oil changes is normal. The best deciding factor to overhaul or replace a turbo is shaft play.
