Minimum of 25psi at 2500 rpm.

25 psi at 2500 rpm not under a load but what about going up a hill pulling a trailer or something like that?

While there is no spec for under load I'd recommend no less than 20psi. Under 10psi you'll begin to get a pop/white smoke and a misfire/power loss
