afc starwheel wont move
the person i bought my truck off of has the starwheel turned up and im wanting to turn it down but the starwheel wont move at all and i dont wanna break the teeth anyone have any suggestions?

I would try taking the AFC off and seeing if you can get at it from the bottom. Maybe it's stuck at the end of it's travel (not ever having moved mine fully one way not sure if this happens).

Which direction are you trying to turn it? It doesn't exactly turn easy.
|
Towards the cab its getting crappy fuel mileage
|
Hm. Can you see the spring?
|
Yes the starwheel is alittle to the left the spring is sorta loose

Weird. I've never heard of one getting stuck, but as I said, it doesn't turn easy. I had to try a couple different flatheads before I found one that seemed to grab it right, and it still seemed like a lot more work to break it free for every click than it should have. You won't break the teeth. What you may do is brake whatever you're trying to turn it with, and you don't want that crap going in there. You're going to have to use the side of the hole as leverage though, and it is on a clicker not just friction.

My screwdriver is bending and it doesnt help that its about 10ºF out ive tryed 3 screwdrivers

make sure youre turning the wheel back towards the fender to loosen it, like they said above if you cant seem to get it with a flathead you may need to go in from the bottom of the afc and spin it that way.
