EGT Problems
 
hi there i have a 1998 dodge 2500 p pump and i have a 100 fuel plate and the starwheel turned 8 clicks and a mbrp 4inch straight with a k and n drop in filter and my egts are 900 when just driving down the road i would like some info on how to cool it back down with leaving the fuel alone and i do not want a meth. kit please help:argh::argh:

the stock hx 35 i really want to know what would be a good one to put on i can get my hands on an hx 40 i just wanna know how much it will help out before getting it

Wow 900* is pretty high for normal driving. Whats it like with your foot into it?

what was it prior to messing with the AFC? same gauge? brand of probe? there is no way in hell you are actually getting that hot. pulling a fully loaded 24ft enclosed i can see #'s like that only if i try never ever unloaded. can we have a little more background on the truck
