should i bore or sleeve the block

So my first cylindar is scarred up a little now the question is can you sleeve a cummins block.
Or should i just bore every hole .20 over?

I would sleeve the block. I had a newer 06cr block I sleeved in 1/6 cylinders kept stock pistons and rings and 80k later with a smarty on 4 running the dog piss out of it I haven't had any issues with the sleeves. It will be the cheaper and most economical route.

I vote sleeve. We have done several that way with zero issues. Typically the sleeve material is stronger then the original block.

We sleeve them all the time. Just talk to your local machine shop if they cant get a sleeve for it i would find a shop that can and use them instead.
