The 6 speed Allison can run a 120 tune(as long as it's a good one) for a pretty long time if you don't beat the the hell out of it and watch yourself in 5th and 6th gear and can run a 90 tune without any restriction at all. Past that you may as well avoid disaster and get it built first.

Amen to that. working on all these new computers under the hood sucks ass but they're so capable of making power with simple mods

Well I had a H&S XRT PRO tuner set on 80HP on my 2008 F-250 6.4 5r110 tranny at 62,000 miles till my truck was stolen with 109,000 miles & my tranny was still running strong. So it's safe to say that it should handle at least 80HP:humm:
