Selling my "off-road" camper.
Hi all,
I've decided to sell my 2006 Starcraft 14-RT. It's basically a pop-up with a diamond-plate aluminum deck in front of the main camper body that has D-rings and railings to secure everything from extra camping gear to an ATV. High ground clearance, special shocks and 235-75R15 Dunlop M/T tires allow it to be drug off the beaten path, down the trail and across the creek to your favorite camping, fishing or hunting site.
It has all the "comforts of home" like furnace, AC, fridge, toilet, inside and outside showers, stove, outside grill, water heater, AM/FM/CD, microwave, TV/VCR, awning, screen-room etc. and when expanded, measures over 25 feet long, with 6'-5" of inside hight.
GVWR is 4000 lbs and it only stands 5'-7" going down the road.
It's in excellent condition and only has about 10,000 miles on it. I've drug it to Yellowstone twice and maybe a half-dozen trips to the local campground. I consistantly average over 18 mpg pulling it behind my Ram.
I'm asking $8700.00 for it. NADA puts it at $11,510. I may be able to deliver, depending on where it's going and if I'm layed-off by then.
P.M. or email me if you would like to see more pics or want more info.
Thanks,
Brian

Yea. Luckily I'm still working, at least I am this week. Never know what the future is gonna bring around thew bend though. We had bought the rig because it's so much more efficient to pull down the road than our 5th wheel.
We were making it a habit of heading out to the Rockies every summer and like to get off the highways as much as possible and the RT worked great for that. Unfortunately I don't think there will be too many more 4500 mile trips in our future, at least not for a while. so might as well cut the RT loose and use the money for more important stuff.

Heres a bump for ya
I have checked those out, and seriously considered buying one in the past. Those things are sweet! And the front deck railing double as ramps for your ATV! Very sweet deal, sorry to see you have to get rid of it.
