Default Five NASCAR Drivers Say "No Thanks" To White House Invite

When the President of the United States asks you to drop by for lunch, you generally find a way to re-arrange your schedule to fit him in. At least that’s how it was previously, back in the days when athletes considered a White House invitation to be an honor. That’s not the case with five out of the eleven drivers from last...

COME ON MAN, All these drivers' sponsors pay MILLIONS every year to get the race teams each and every week. It sounds like to me the white house kinda sprung this invite on the drivers, last minute. With sponsor obligations these days I don't fault them any for RESPECTFULY declining the invitation, regardless of their political position!

Sorry about my rant yesterday guy's. I've got sirius radio in my truck, and listen to NASCAR radio several hours a day. All I heard yesterday was people bashin' the drivers that declined. People we're saying they were disrespectful, unpatriotic, and rude.It just kinda pissed me off that folks like to run their mouth without knowing the whole story.
