what gets me is taxing used stuff, i know this is a little off topic here but it applies to this situation well. when something is bought NEW you pay sales tax on it. then when it is sold as USED you are charged sales tax on it, then when it is sold again you pay sales tax on it. isn't there something in the Constitution about double taxation? how can they tax you on something that has already been taxed? nevermind..... it's the Government... they can do what they want....
