Suggestion? Need help on a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 24v 5.9l
Hi, I am new to this forum, and looking into getting my first diesel truck. I know a little bit about Diesel engines put not a whole lot! I am looking into getting a 1998 dodge ram 2500 5.9l turbo diesel 24v. It has 220000 miles on it, has an aftermarket torque converter, glow shift gauges, 2 inch level lift kit, cold air intake, straight pipes, etc...... I have a few questions though! The guy took the fuel plate out and has the afc housing full foward. I was wondering if that will mess anything up because I don't know much about diesels? And how much for a new fuel plate, and how hard is it for me to put it in there. I want to be able to roal coal, just not all the time. Please respond! I need your help! Thanks in advance!
