Someone offered me a 99 24v cummins 3500 4x4 dually with 290k miles with rebuilt tranny, stock everything for my 97 f350 4x4 powerstroke 240k miles ts chip mostly stock.

I was guessing because of such high miles.. Im leaning towards not. I like my 7.3 he says his buddy has one?
