Default Need Turbo Help

Not sure if im using the right forum or not but I was unsure of where to post. I have a turbo diesel ranger with a v2203 and an Rhf4 IhI turbo on it. the turbo spools almost at idle. im wanting to upgrade to a bigger turbo. not excessively big but something with a little more. ive heard Garrett T25 is what I should use. but I thought id ask for some opinion. anything helps! thanks

Default turbo

You might check out nichol sport on e bay they helped me with a rebuild kit for my mitsubishi turbo on the V3300. TD04 . You can also change the compression wheel and housing for more boost. Also the guys at EC POWER are pretty knowlagable. I will probably turbo mine also so please post your findings Thanks.
