Default Breaking Issue

First off, I have a 2002 F250 4x4 Supercab LWB with a 7.3L. I recently started noticing the front end bouncing while breaking at any speed over 20 mph. The harder I break the more violent the bounce. I have read through all the post with people having similar problems that I can find. About 80% of the responses say warped rotors and/or break pads. Easy enough. A few have said worn shocks could be the issue. Personally, I thought rotors as well, but sometimes the truck will stop fine with no issues. When it does stop without issue, it is totally random and am doing nothing different from when it bounces. From past experiences bouncing from warped rotors and/or break pads is constant every time you break and I could feel it in the break pedal and steering. This is not the case here. So, I am thinking that it very well could be the shocks or something else maybe. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Paid more attention to the bounce on the way to work tonight, although it only did it twice. The rest of the time I had no issue. It almost feels like the the bounce may be coming from the rear of the truck. I don't know I'm a bit lost at the moment. Thanks.
