Default no accelaration

My 2008 f250 has no acceleration when you floor it. It has been saying that I need to drain the fuel water seperatr which I have done at least 5 different times, and I think that's the sensor. But I cannot find out why all the sudden I have no power there is no smoke and this truck is completely stock.

I think I have pin pointed the problem I took the water separator fuel conditioner and the filter housing off today and found a bunch of algae build up all in that housing I ordered a new water separator sensor and new gasket where the water separator valve is. I am hoping this works I will let you know tomorrow.
