Hi I have a 2004 ford f350 with early 6.0. Just bought the truck and was told it had bad hpop. Replaced hpop-egr delete-icp and irp.
after I got it back together will not start code says lost comm with inject contl mod code u0105 and u0306 sftwr incompatable injector contl mod.
Ran the tes on the ficm only get 8 volts. Got the full 48 before replacing all this. Best I can figure is I broke a wire some where. Have checked all connections and they are tight.
Now I need a wirging diagram to help run it down.

maybe you knocked something loose inside the ficm and now it isnt working. do you have anyone around you with a similar truck that you can swap the ficm out with to see if it works

 

Also make sure the ground is on from the injector harness, think it goes on the lat inside bolt of intake. Check the connection at fenderwell on drivers side, it ties the ecm to the ficm. will post a link for wiring but don't know if its going to help.

Check all your ground cables (batteries, engine) even the one for the FICM that gets bolted to the rear intake manifold bolt/stud.
