Default 2006 F250 surging at 65-75 MPH Died on fwy today

I have a 2006 F250. The truck has recently had everything replaced...

in the last 5k miles:
new injectors
new turbo
new radiator
new stand pipe
new dummy plug,...

you get the idea. Prior to these repairs, I have had the following done:
full bulletproof kit
new trans
new ARP head studs
FICM...

So in the past 2 weeks I noticed a miss at freeway speeds. It would fire up fine, run fine all around town (this is used as my daily driver as well as lumber hauler). The minute it got up to operating temp on the freeway, the truck would start bucking like crazy. At times, the truck would have NO throttle response. I would let off the throttle and then hammer it and it would be fine under load. The minute I was cruising again, the truck would buck again. After a few days of this, the truck started having a hard time starting up when cold. The truck sat for a weekend and this morning it really had a tough time starting.

Fast forward to today. I was driving home doing about 70 when the truck just died on me. I coasted to the side of the freeway, and tried ot fire it up again. No dice. It would crank for a while and nothing. Fine. I called a tow truck and in the mean time I would try and crank it again and hoped it would fire up. After the truck cooled down, it finally fired up (struggled to get started). I drove it home on city streets and it was fine. I came home and replaced the ICP sensor. I have not gotten it on the freeway yet, but it did have a harder time starting up, so I am a bit concerned that was not the problem.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction on what it can possibly be? I have an IPR sensor, but don't want to tear into it unless the chances are pretty high it can be that. I was told it could be the HPOP, but really don't want to spend $500 on a new HPOP unless I absolutely have to. This truck has cost me close to 25,000 after buying it. I am just abotu done with it.

It did have a tuner on it. SCT from Innovative. I had it tuned to the 4th level (out of 5). I detuned it after I had all the work done recently.

Thanks for the advice.

Default Had same issue

I have an 05 and had the same issue, i had a hpo leak i found after i did an air test. It ended up being injector o-ring on #3 injector ($10) that fixed that issue

04+ dont have the same hpop issues the 03s had, i wouldnt be too concerned. The hpop usually either works or it doesnt. Id check the ipr. If you have one already just replace it. The high pressure oil issues on the 05+ is normally the stc, standpipes and dummy plugs. Alternatively you could have bad injector o rings or a bad seal on the oil rail to injectors. Its a PITA but check the ipr and screen first. If theres crap or metal shavings etc on the ipr screen, start saving for an hpop. Does the truck blow any kind of smoke?
