Default poor throttle response and now no start

06 F350 Crew Cab 6.0 4x4: AEM intake, Diamond Eye turbo back 4", EGR delete, SCT X3 tuner.
Yesterday I changed my fuel filters the truck ran fine for 130 miles then started losing throttle response and sounded and felt weak/starved. I pulled over to investigate and had no codes pop up on the sct. The truck wouldn't start at first so I turned it to off and retried and it fired right up. It blew black smoke for a mile and ran like a champ then went back to ****. After I stopped for fuel this morning it completely killed when I was pulling out of the station. I had to get it towed home. I'm thinking it's vapor locked and could use some experienced opinions on issues and problem resolution. Thanks.

Take the fuel filters both off and check the o rings and the upper cap to make sure it is not cracked!

Pulled both filters the caps are good. Fuel is making it to the upper filter. Also checked all the fuses, fuel shut off switch, and the ficm they're good. I'm thinking injectors possibly.

I would check ficm volts, and actual vs desired high pressure oil. Sounds to me like you lost high pressure oil. Do tests described in posts on here and get to root of problem unless u have really deep pockets! Report back and someone here will try to help
