Default 91 7.3 main & rod bearing torque specs

Does anyone know the correct torque for main and rod bearings? and in what steps?
What does the workshop manual say about bearing clearance?
i changed the bearings yesterday (but not torqued up yet), now all that remains is to check the clearance with some plastigauge, and get the motor back in.
